Payment

For online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card upon completing your order. In case of order cancellations due to potential stock issues or order cancellation requests, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 7 business days.


Delivery

We strive to dispatch the products you order on the same day. For items requiring additional preparation time, the shipping timeframe is specified as 3 business days in the product details. In case of a potential delay in delivery, you will be notified.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a delivery address where you will be present during the day.

Your requests will be processed based on the delivery option you selected at checkout. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via DHL Cargo. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier company within a maximum of two (2) business days.

You may consult our customer service representatives to discuss alternative delivery conditions. Please note that shipping is available only within World.


Payment Tracking

If the system encounters an issue that prevents the transaction, visitors will be informed at the end of the payment process.

In case of any error in the specified delivery address that prevents the successful delivery of an order, the customer will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed through an automated email sent immediately after the order is submitted.

We are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of your order, both to you as the customer and to the bank providing the credit card system we use.


Please Note!

If you suspect that the package was damaged during shipping, inspect it in the presence of the delivery personnel. If there is any visible damage, request a report from the courier and do not accept the package.

Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the courier company has fulfilled its responsibility.

Upon receiving the necessary documentation, we will immediately begin processing the issue and ensure the delivery is repeated promptly.

In your email, kindly provide a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product, as this will assist us in resolving the issue more efficiently.
